Public Health Nurses work to identify health risks within communities, develop and implement health programs, and provide care to vulnerable populations. Their role includes conducting community assessments, advocating for health policy changes, managing public health crises, and collaborating with other healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations. Public Health Nursing aims to prevent disease, promote healthy lifestyles, and improve access to healthcare, with a strong emphasis on social justice and equity in health.
